Wexford, the capital town of County Wexford is set in the heart of the sunny South-East of Ireland. This old and historic town beside the sea owes its origins and early development to Celtic and Viking influences and Norman settlements.

Situated on National Primary Road Route, N25, and on Euroroutes E01 & E30, Wexford stands directly on the path of business and tourist traffic between Ireland and Europe. Rosslare Harbour, Ireland's gateway to Europe, is located only 20 kms from the town giving direct access by passenger and ro-ro ferry services to Fishguard and Pembroke in the U.K. and to Le Harve and Cherbourg in France.
